CANCELLATION POLICY
At Edith Florence, each appointment is reserved with care to ensure a bespoke experience. To honor the time and artistry dedicated to every guest, the following policies apply: • Cancellations & Rescheduling: A 48-hour notice is required for any cancellations or appointment changes. Cancellations within this window may incur a 50% service charge. • No-Show Policy: Guests who do not arrive for their scheduled appointment will be charged 100% of the booked service. • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be adjusted or rescheduled to ensure the highest quality of service.
